2. Unqualified output control
The company has established a "Control Procedure for Non-Conforming Products" to manage non-conforming products discovered during inspection of raw and auxiliary materials, process outputs and finished products. For raw and auxiliary materials that fail to pass the inspection, the warehouse will mark and isolate the unqualified raw and auxiliary materials as "unqualified", and the quality control department will fill in the "Outsourcing Product Processing Form" to initiate the unqualified processing process on the ERP; for those that fail to pass the process inspection If it is qualified, the workshop inspector will notify the workshop operator to record and mark it in time, and the workshop operator will take corresponding measures to deal with it. After processing, the workshop inspector will be notified to re-sample and analyze until the re-inspection passes. At the same time, the production workshop will be notified to mark and isolate the unqualified products; the production department will handle the batch of unqualified products. Conduct reviews, propose treatment suggestions such as rework, downgrade, concession, scrapping, etc., and notify relevant departments for implementation. For unqualified products that can be reworked, after the rework process, the workshop will fill in the inspection request form, notify the quality control department for inspection, issue an inspection report, and confirm that the quality fully meets the standard requirements before they can be put into storage; for those that cannot be reworked, , but there are products that still have use value and are needed by customers. After receiving notification from relevant departments, the quality control department will fill out the "Concession Application Form" and submit it to the general manager for approval before delivery.
